| Album Info: | What started out to be a nice sunny day quickly turned gloomy and the traffic was sporadic. For those who might be passing through this area, the best stretches of highway for chasing are the 20 miles or so between Newcastle and Osage and then on the service road from just east of Rozet WY to Gillette WY. On these stretches, the highway is on the south side of the tracks so the lighting is good when the sun comes out. Earlier morning and later afternoon light angles are also good. Numerous small pull offs to stop and wait for the action if you prefer without trespassing too far onto BNSF property. |
